Sky store Q Box Rental 24

Hi, I rented Twisters last night & watched on sky Q box. I can see the movie on my sky go app but my daughter cannot see on her phone skygo 

why nor - I've paid for it

Are you sure you can watch it on your Sky go app ? 

That would seem to go against one of the help pages on Skystore 

Also, to view a rental bought on a (non box) device I think you have to view on a Skystore app rather than Sky Go

If you rent a movie on your Sky box, you can only watch it on that box. If you rent a movie on your registered device, it'll be available on all your devices but you can only watch on one at a time."

Sky Store renatls as far as I know can not be viewed on the Sky Go app and can only be watched on the device they were rented on, so if your daughter wants to watch the film on her iphone then she would need to install the Sky Store app and watch it via this.
