Sky q enable purchases

This programme cant be purchased at the moment as your account is not enabled for purchases?

This is something you will have to contact the Sky Store support team about so they can enable your account, there a few ways to do this as you can see here:

Did you ever get this resolved? As sky seem stumped and can't tell me why it doing this even the I have credit on my sky store 🙄😭

What is happening @CharlyO , are you saying you are seeing a message saying that your account isn't enbled for Sky Store purchases, if so the Sky Store support team should be able to fix this for you:

Viewing card needs paired. 

 

Try ... Home .. settings.... system info...  Viewing card.... click set up.

Hi @CharlyO 

 

If you have credit on your Skystore account this is completely separate to buying / renting something on your Sky box. You can only spend Skystore credit online. 

If you use your credit online to buy and keep a movie you can send that purchase to your sky box - but not with anything you rent online 

 

As @caesarome suggests - if you are looking to spend from your box- you need the Skystore team to enable that for you

Thank you. I am a new customer and have been trying to get the free VIP movie for days. And could NOT figure out how to enable my sky Q box for purchasing. Been through every setting on the box, but to no avail.

 

Doing the Viewing Card thing has sorted it.
