Sky purchase

I have bought a buy and keep movie but it is not giving me the option to send it to my sky box any ideas why?

The only thing that comes to mind is that your Sky TV account is not correctly linked to your Skystore account 

 

if you are logged in to your Skystore account and click on your name - and then my account - and then - My sky account - Is your Sky TV account there?

Thank you when i go to my sky account it just gives me the link to go to my sky and allows me to sign in there is that how it should be?

Give this a try @Rachel14994 :

 

1) Log into SkyStore.com

2) Go to your 'My Account' section

3) Go down to 'My Sky Account' and to the right of this follow the link for 'Link my account'

4) Input the correct details to correspond with your Sky TV account
