Is this via the Sky Store, if not then as you have posted this in the wrong forum we need to know where are you trying to do this (Sky Go, Sky+ box, Sky Q box, Sky Glass or Sky Stream) so this can be moved for you.
Also you haven't said what is happening when you try to download, do you see an error message and if so what does it say ?
