Sky credit for purchase
I've got credit on my account and tonight I've purchased a new didgital and dvd release but it hasn't us3d the credit on my account. We've not yet watched the copy I only did the order 5 minutes ago. Can I cancel the order or use the credit please. Thanks Tanya

I guess you made the purchase on your Sky box. Unfortunately credit can only be used if you purchase on the Skystore website or on the app
If you use the credit for a buy and keep movie you can send the purchase to your box and view it on your sky box also ( just not with a rental)
best thing I can suggest is to try a live chat with the Skystore team when they open at 11am later this morning. Explain what's happened and ask if they are willing to cancel the order (assuming my guess was correct and you purchased on your Sky box). Then if they agree - you can just buy it online.
