Sky VIP reward offer code

I received a reward of a free movie, I claimed the movie then was advised to update my card.  I did this as instructed but when I went back to the summary page to input offer code again it says offer already redeemed.  However the movie is nowhere to be seen in my account.  How do I now claim this as clearly my offer has not already been redeemed!

Although it can take some patience to get through to a person, you can try the Skystore livechat which opens in about 20 minutes (11am)

 

worth also just double checking - If you search for the movie you chose - just check it doesn't already show as "purchased"

Good morning,
This error just happened to me too. Used the code to buy a movie, and received the same payment card error message even though the movie was showing free of charge. Tried to reorder using the code and it displayed the code has already been redeemed. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same issue. It kept saying there was a technical issue now it says I have redeemed the code. It definitely is not in my movies or on my tv

As there are several people experiencing the same issue it looks to be a glitch that needs fixing. If anyone gets through to a person on the livechat as suggested above - would you mind posting back with any solution offered.

Currently I was given the following options:

 

I have two options to get this fixed.

1. We do have a department that can assist you regarding this. They will help you with the new code or help you to add the movie to your account.

Please contact our Sky store purchase team on 03332022134, they will help you with this.

This team is available only on call.

I wish I should have had an option to help you. We are working on enabling Sky Store purchase to get on messaging as well; we are on the same process and very soon we will have it.

I request your understanding in this and kindly contact Store purchase.

2. You can purchase any one movie below £15.99 and I will refund this amount right away and it will be adding to your account within 3-5 working days.

Let me know what option do you choose.



To save time I chose the purchase/refund option. I did try to code again and recieved a technical fault message this time, so perhaps they are working on a fix.
