Sky VIP "Free Gift" never works!

I have sky VIP platinum and everytime I've g9ne to the section for competitions and the gifts, I go to redeem the gift movie for £0.00, and I log into sky store and got to the movie, only to be met with I have to pay to watch, download or keep.  I've missed out on so many movies, just rubbish!

When you say "I have to pay to watch, download or keep" are you say no films appear as £0.00 for you or that you are being asked to provide your payments details ?

If the former then I would get in touch with Sky Store support tomorrow as they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

They are not free or £0.00 like they say in the VIP app, they say I have to pay £7.99.

Are you selecting the films from here:

If so then I would use the live chat to talk to Sky Store support about this.
