I chose a move added the code to get my free VIP movie. Clicked the box to have it sent to my sky box. Got confirmation it had been sent. Went to my SKY Box to watch - no movie. Only on my phone. Why do you get the option ti sent to your SKY box if it doesnt go there?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI take it the film you selected was a Buy and Keep one as the film should have appeared in your purchases. I take it your online Sky Store account is linked to your Sky TV account and that other purchases previously have appeared on your box ?

How do I link my sky store app on my phone to my sky box? This only happens when I buy a movie / select a freebie movie in the app on mu phone

If you log in to the Skystore website on a device.
Once you login, click on your name and you should see an option underneath saying
"my account"
click on that and you should then see something like
"my Sky account"
add your account using the same user details as you use for your Sky box
Any buy and keep movie you buy online should then be "sendable" to your Sky box
