Sky VIP Store Offer - Nov 23

Hi

Having been sent a code for a free digital buy and keep for my diamond VIP status, the site has been down for over a week from the link attached in the email that was sent.

Previously the link was working. I have bought a movie via my sky box, but now will be charged for it. I was thinking there would be a place to put the code in that had received. 

The code expires today, there is no chat or support anywhere and I'm going to be out £13.99. 

Help and thoughts ?

You can get support from the Skystore team (I find live chat works best and is open now )

you can't always connect when they are busy but livechat is usually very efficient.

The link is working for me and the live chat on it is showing as being available.

works just now for me on my iPhone 12 using Safari. Do you have a different browser / device you can try ?
