Hi
Having been sent a code for a free digital buy and keep for my diamond VIP status, the site has been down for over a week from the link attached in the email that was sent.
Previously the link was working. I have bought a movie via my sky box, but now will be charged for it. I was thinking there would be a place to put the code in that had received.
The code expires today, there is no chat or support anywhere and I'm going to be out £13.99.
Help and thoughts ?

You can get support from the Skystore team (I find live chat works best and is open now )

you can't always connect when they are busy but livechat is usually very efficient.
