I went to purchase a film on my Sky q box but I was unable to do so as it said there was an issue so I visited the Sky Store website and purchased the fim there and sent the film to my box.
I then discovered my box claimed there was no internet connection when I go to the purchases tab (I'm guessing this is the issue why I couldnt purchase the film via my box), I've checked the connection and my sky q box is connected to the internet, netflix etc all work fine. I tried turn my sky box off\on, reset the wifi connection on the box and reset my internet connection.
Everything else in my house connects to the internet even my sky q box, but it doesnt want to connect to sky store. Any ideas?

Your logic that if your streaming apps works that your box must be connected to the internet seems pretty good to me
If you've done a "power off at the mains plug for at least a minute" (the minute is important) on your Sky Q box, I'd try a livechat with the Skystore team here - see if they have come across this

Mines been the same since about 6 o'clock or so, purchases show up on phone but when I choose my purchases on sky q box it keeps telling me to check broadband connection.
must be a fault at their end

I have the same problem must be on sky's end then. Went to reset connection to internet and the box said signal is good.

Mine is working fine as of now, I hope it stays that way as I have a day off work and want to catch up on some films.
I knew I should have bought the physical disc, this is always the risk with digital.

Mnes been coming on and off all last evening and this morning, currently off but there does seem to be work going on in 4 boroughs on service status page.
All my other services are working just not sky store

Just phoned sky and they are not aware of a problem but when the lady tried it on her box it wasn't working either.
she is going to raise it with the technicians and phone me back.
