I purchased Despicable Me because I thought it was free through our Sky VIP rewards. However, I have just noticed that I have been charged. I havent downloaded the movie yet and would like to cancel the transaction - any way of doing this?

As this is a buy and keep (rather than a rental) you will be charged even if you don't start to view it - so best chat to Skystore to ask if they will resolve this for you
