If you have downloaded a film and not watched it in any way then you will not be charged if you delete it without watching..

I don't think there is such a service so keep an eye on your Sky bill but as stated above, if you don't watch a rented film when purchased via your Sky Q box then you should not be charged. For Buy and Keep you will still be charged.
