Sky Store not working on my LG Tv

I am currently try to get my Sky store working on my LG tv which worked 

We downloaded a movie and it got stuck on loading. 

After reseting the app and re installing we now stuck on signing in. 

Can anyone help

Hi @Fry21 

Have you tried to delete the Skystore app from your LG then start again 

After deleting I would also update your LG firmware before reinstalling the app 

I had a minor "bug fix" LG update on mine last week so worth installing if you have one
