Sky Store buy and keep

Hi everyone,

I have recently changed my subscription from Sky TV to Sky Stream. When I sign in to my Sky store account I find that not all my buy and keep movies are not transfered into the Sky store app on Stream.

Has anyone any suggestions how I can get all my buy and keep movies?
