When are you going to make is possible for your customers to view their purchased content on their own TV's and not through a chromecast, roku, now tv or LG TV?
I was a Sky customer for over 20 years and had over 100 titles in my Sky Store library but i can only watch these on my phone or tablet as you have not made it possible to watch on a Samsung or any other TV other than LG.
I've tried screen mirroring from my phone but your app doesnt support this either. Come on Sky, treat your customers with some respect and let them make their own choice on how thye watch their content.

Totally agree, you have the technology and the app already there on most TVs, just link SKYSTORE and NOWTV. it can only be a commercial decison not to.

I have found the same problem I purchased a movie using a voucher and paid the extra cost I've been dying to see this film. I spent almost an hour redeeming the vouvher setting up an account and purchasing the film. Finally settled down to watch it. To be told I'm unable to watch on my television. So after downloading the app. I tried linking my phone to my tv to be told it isn't allowed by sky. What the f#@# Sky I have been paying a fortune for decades to sky in subscrkption and feel like I'm still being bet over a desk and shafted. If itvwasnt for the football coverage I would have nothing more to do with sky.

Not ideal I know - but with a Chromecast you can cast most purchased movies to your TV. Most rentals also.
