Sky Store Welcome Gift

I've just had a Sky Q box. When I click on the Claim your Sky Store Welcome gift box and choose a movie to watch, it gives a price to Buy & Keep or Rent, but nowhere to click on free watch. If I click on Rent, does it mean I can watch the film but not be charged?

no - that's not what it means. Don't select "rent"

You would normally receive a free buy and keep movie. 

When you are signed in to your Skystore account on this link, do you see a huge selection of movies which are priced at £0 when you try to select one ?

Hi, thanks for your reply to my query.

I clicked on the link you gave and the message said 'As a Sky VIP, from time to time we'll send you gifts. Received a gift from Sky VIP? Choose your Sky Store gift from the selection below. Keep an eye out for messages from Sky VIP so you don't miss out.'.

So I chose a film and again it just gave the prices to buy or rent. I also clicked on Sky VIP - Sky VIP Gift, but still no £0 appeared.  I think I'll have to give Sky a call.

Were you logged in to Skystore with the same Sky ID as you have for your main Sky account ?

And is your Sky Store account linked to your main Sky ID:

Log in at skystore.com, go to 'My Account', find the 'My Sky Account' section, and click 'Link my account', then enter your Sky TV details like your postcode/Eircode and payment info to connect it to your Sky iD.
