Over the last two weeks i've been experiancing problems with TV Box Sets i have pruchased on Sky Store where certain episodes just refuse to play or download. These box sets used to work prior to this issue and i don't see to have any problems with Movies.
My primary device i play back on is a NowTV stick connected to my TV which is where i first noticed the issue. So i then tried my second TV which also used a NowTV stick and got the same problem. My third device is a laptop which i just stream via the browser, again same issue on the same episodes. Finally my fourth device is my Mobile (Nokia G42 5G) with the Sky Store App installed, and once again exactly the same issue with exactly the same episodes. I can't stream or download them and all i get is a general error.
The NowTV sticks give me an error 1102 or 1105, seesm random on which is gives. My phone and laptop just gives me and error saying i can't play or download that content and to contact support.
So i contacted support and explained all this to them. I got a reply basically saying were sorry and we want to help with a few questions. They asked for a screensot of the error, if i had tried other connections such as mobile data and not Wi-Fi and asked for some info about my account to prove i'm the account holder.
I replied immediately with the account info they needed to verify i'm the owner, stated that i have tried two idfferent WiFi connections and 5G mobile data and the issue was the same. I also provided a photo of the error on my TV's and a screnshot of the error on my phone. I've also re-installed apps, cleared caches etc - but the issue isn't my devices anyway as the problem would not be present on them all with the same episodes.
After submitting the reply i got an automated responce acknoledging they had recieved it... then nothing. No further communication form them what so ever. So after nearly a week waiting i sent another reply asking them for an update. Another automated responce and then silence.
So now i'm stuck with £100's worth of content that doesn't work, no resonce from Sky and clearly no interest in fixing the issue which is clearly on their end.
For example this is a list of the epsiodes that won't work on The Big Bang Theory alone.. it effects multiple episodes in most seasons.
S2 - 12
S4 - 3, 6, 13
S5 - 5, 7, 8, 17
S8 - 1
S9 - 3, 13, 17, 22
S11 - 5, 16
S12 - 5, 16, 23
And it is not just TBBH that's effected, Friends, Buffy, Battlestar Galactica are all the same - and that's only the ones i have tried so far.

Thank you for the reply however the link you posted is for NowTV and my issue is not with them, it's with Sky Store.
I mentioned NowTV sticks in my post so maybe that's what lead you to think it was NowTV but the problem i reported is present on any device not just NowTV devices... my desktop, laptop, phone etc. Via a web browser, via the offical app and so.
I honestly think this is an account issue with Sky Store, possibly something to do with licensing. But that's me taking a guess - what i do know for sure is the issue is absolutely on their end.
I'm considering making an offical complaint which isn't somthing i really want to do but don't feel i'm being left with any other choice. That been said it seems the email address to do that is exactly the same as they use for support.. so i'm not any more hopeful.
