Sky Store Rent mistake

I rented DownTown Abbey in wrong format UHD. I dont have a UHD Tele. I deleted the rental and tried to re rent in HD. Sky Store no longer gives me the option. Gives UHD only. Also I am now passed the rental expiry date

Hi @David436

In those circumstances you should just be able to delete the rental - then go to your deleted items and delete it again from

there

once it's gone from your deleted items you should be able to re rent it in another format.

you should not be charged at for the UHD version as you only get charged once you start to view it (which you can't have done)

Just keep an eye on your account charges just to be sure though

The 48 hour rental period only starts when you start to view

hope that clarifies
