Sky Store Issues

I've seen this topic a couple of times but nothing I've seen resolves my issue. 
YES- it's the correct account and I'm logged in

YES- I've got good internet connection 
Problem I have is some movies on my app just will not send to my box and if I try to search on the box itself the system wants to charge me again for them (see attached pics to best illustrate), and my partner made this mistake in the past so I have duplicates in my library (also pictured).

I’m hoping someone can help but ultimately I’m hoping this is picked up by someone working within the Sky Store Dept who can action something to fix. I have previously spoken to standard customer services who haven’t been able to help.

Very helpful photos but very unlikely that this will be picked up on here by a staff member - as on here we are almost all just customers like you. 

 

It crossed my mind that - could these be movies where the ownership has changed since you bought them - Star Wars and Iron Man for example are now under the Disney umbrella- but I'm only thinking out loud here. 

 

There is a specialist Skystore support team who open next at 11am Friday. You have to get past the bot but once you do that they are usually pretty helpful.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think it's a licensing/ ownership issue as I have loads of MCU movies and other SW movies
