Recently subscribed to sky and decided yesterday to take up the offer of a free welcome gift movie. We watched part of it last night, but this evening we are just getting sky store error 0002 .

Is the sky store down or is this a known issue?

Have searched previous threads but can't open them.

It might be just a glitch so have you tried it again since you first saw this error ?
