Brought a rental and it’s not working

I've brought a rental and it's not working. It runs out tomorrow and would like a refund.

When you say it isn't working what is happening, for example have you ordered the UHD version in error ?

Hey no it's the right version- just gets to 12 minutes and then goes fuzzy . I'm hoping to get a refund but not sure how to contact the right person.
