Hi,
I left sky back at the start of May it was my understanding that any purchase content was still accessible through the sky store app.
When I went to cast it said I have to may devices. I cannot access the device page on sky.com because my account is closed so it doesn't show as an option. I managed to remove the two devices using the sky go app.
BUT now the only way to register a new device is to play something via sky go or from a sky box. Which I cannot do as I no longer have a subscription???
Any advice is welcomed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm not sure of the timings of how long you have to do this @Wharfdale - but when leaving Sky you can ask the Skystore team to change your account to Skystore only (so that you can view your purchased movies.
Can I suggest you contact the Skystore team to see if you still have the option.

I'm still waiting on a refund so I might do it as soon as that happens.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't know what refund you are awaiting but if it is one from when you cancelled your Sky account then these can take up to 6 weeks but if it is showing as a credit on your account help can be arranged via here for you to speed this up.
I wouldn't wait that long before contacting them about this Sky Store issue tbh.
