Sky Rewards free movie , how do I claim it as the link isnt working

I received an email saying I can get a Sky gift of a free movie but when I press 'claim' it. It takes me to the Sky Store and says if you have a gift choose from below titles. When I make my choice I appear to be charged £13.99 for this gift?

What am I doing wrong?

Are you signed in to Sky Store when you click on either the link they sent you, or on this link ?

The free movie should show as £0 once you are signed in and select one

Yes I am signed in. I logged out a couple of times and back in just to be sure. I also did a check on my username and password but both are ok.
