Are Sky Store (website) and Sky Store (via Q box) different?
I have credit on my Sky Store account (website), have just purchased a film (via Q box) and have been charged the full £13.99 amount... no credit discounted?
If so, can I cancel/get refunded for my Q box purchase (I haven't started watching)

Regarding a refund I would get in touch with Sky Store support to see what day, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
