Sky Movies

When we try to rent a film it says that we have reached our spending limit when we haven't spent anything? Any suggestions?

The spending limit might be set at £0 meaning it will prevent you from renting. 

 

You will need to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
