sky phoned me the other day to say i can rent a movie up to the value of £13.99 but i can't remember how I've got to activate this.

does anyone know how i can do this please

Just checked and it says I have £5.49 in credit 😕 

I'll have to contact sky on Monday as I was informed I was allowed up to £13.99
