Sky Gift Code Not Working

I got an email sayin

"Sarah, your Sky Store gift expires soon"

when I put the unique code into the payment section for the film I have chosen, I get the message: 

"This Offer Code can't be redeemed for this title - please check Offer Code T&Cs."

I am selecting from the Gift Film section, so I can only assume that the code hasn't been activated. The offer runs out in 2 days, so it looks as though we are go8ng to miss out. Any solutions?

Have you tried a film from this selection:

If this doesn't work either then you will need to contact Sky Store support for help, they have a live chat that is available tomorrow between 11am and 7.30pm:

Yes, the link is taking me to the right VIP Gift section.

The gift is from Sky VIP and i got a reminder email to claim the gift before the 31st March.

You will have to contact Sky Store support about this as per my previous post as hopefully they should be able to help you.

I had wondered if it was from somewhere else - but if Sky VIP I'm really surprised the welcome gift link posted by @caesarome hasn't worked for you. 

if you haven't tried his link - that is definitely worth a try. 

Other than that - if you're free in 25 minutes I would suggest logging on to the Skystore livechat just before 11am and hopefully when it goes live at 11am there will be a advisor free without you having to wait too

long.

Miraculously the code worked later this morning! It was obviously a broken link that has now been fixed. Thanks for the help.
