I purchased the new Indianna Jones film to watch with my family on Saturday night, but I can't download it. I just get a messaged that it is "purchased queued" then all the different chapters of the film but I can't download any of them, or the whole film.

Have you tried deleting/archiving it then giving it another go by trying to download it from your purchases section,
If this doesn't work either then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
