Just purchased the meg collection, money gone out of bank, film in library but won't play error code 0805! Just been on the phone to someone they tried but couldn't help, put me through to sky store then I got cut off.

Find out moreSomething to try is to delete/archive the film you are trying to view so you then have to download it again and then see if it will play, if it doesn't then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
