Scream 6 Pre order

I have pre ordered Scream 6 and it is saying I can now watch it on the Sky store, but it isnt giving me the option...does it only release at a specific time?

Helpful replies only...no spoilers!!🤣

I have just finished on live chat using the link suggested by the other user...they cancelled the pre order that had frozen, so I have now been able to repurchase it.
