This seems more like an issue with Now and the Sky Store so have you spoken to NowTV support ?

Think i have spoken to all concerned three,sky and now who told me that as every other app,on demand,channels,etc works perfectly then the issue is with sky as it's their app and they have their own "security settings" whatever that means...

Perhaps worth noting you'll find threads regarding problems with access to on-demand services from Sky over a Three cellular data connection in the Glass, Sky Q and Sky + forums.

 

One possible workaround is to use a generic DNS resover on the Sky Store app client device.
