Can you see Roofman on Skystore online ?
Does it give you an option to "send to box" ?
If you could let us know what Sky platform you use (Q, stream etc) then that will help us to point you in the right direction.

I am having the same issue, I pre-ordered Roofman and I have sent to my Sky Q from my sky store account but when I go to my sky Q purchases and try to play it asks me to purchase again as if I haven't already bought it. Is there a way to fix this or is it a bigger issue with Sky?

We often hear of problems with pre orders @Loubyloux
Personally I no longer bother pre ordering and wait till the movie is out.
To resolve your problem my suggestion is you try a live chat with the Skystore support team who are open now
