Rented a film , paid , but can't get it on the tv

You will need to provide more information. Are you signed in to sky store on the TV? Did you rent it via the sky store app on the TV or online etc?

If you want to watch it on the TV you need to rent it via your TV so if you didn't do this thyen that is why you can not watch it as only Buy and Keep films can be rented online and watched via a TV.
