Unable to download to Sky store app - straight to Download Paused
Trying to download purchased movies onto new IPad, but all going straight to Download Paused and cannot get them to download

If you are trying to access your Buy and Keep films via the Sky Store app on an Ipd then all you should need to do is to just login to the app as you should then see them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I can see them, but can't download them to the IPad. I am assuming I would need to do this to be able to access them when offline (eg entertainment for an upcoming flight)?

Yes you are correct that you would need to download to view on a flight.
I would check that you are logged in with the same Sky ID and It's probably worth deleting the Skystore app from your iPad and reinstalling it.
