Movie I've rented freezes after ten minutes and says i have a connection problem to sky Q box, then the film restarts from the beginning before freezing again after ten minutes. Connection to Q box is fine. Can i delete and redownload the film or will i be charged again?

So lets say you start to watch the film at 8pm, then you can delete and download again for a further 48 hours without being charged again.

It's probably worth adding, to delete it fully from your Sky Q box, after you've clicked delete , go to recordings / manage / deleted items -and delete forever.
otherwise - when you re-download it - the box will just pick up the same data you've just deleted.
