Rented a movie and wont let me watch it

I rented a movie in store  4days ago and it won't let me watch it , and it's saying I only have 25 days left to watch it . Its letting me watch everything else that I purchased on it

Part of your question is something we see often on the forum - but the second part is more confusing. 

if you rent a movie, from the time you first press play - even for 1 second, from that time you have 48 hours to finish watching the movie. 

So when you wrote that you rented it 4 days ago - I guessed that you might have pressed play at the time - so your 48 hours would have expired on about Saturday. 

When you say though you are being told you only have 25 days left, that's a bit more confusing. 

Best I can suggest is that you try a livechat with the Skystore support team when they next open (11am tomorrow and open till 7.30pm)
