Rented a film

Iv rented a film but accidentally downloaded it in uhd instead of hd. Now I can't re-download it in hd help!!

If you are using Sky Q @Ral the trick is to delete it, then go to recordings / manage / deleted and delete it out of there. 

Then you can re rent it in HD.  

Theoretically you should not be charged for the UHD rental as you haven't started to view it (but do keep an eye on your charges just to make sure )

 

do post back if it's not a Sky Q rental as different rules apply
