Please can you add my rental back. I purchased this and planned to watch it tonight but it's missing.

Hi @MattyMoo86
It is as @MightyQuinn has clarified. The 48 hour "to complete your viewing" window starts when you press play for the first time.
We have heard of occasions where the Skystore support team have allowed a goodwill re rental of a movie in the circumstances you have faced.
It does no harm to ask although the support team are not open again till 11am Thursday.
Hope they are helpful if you manage to get through ok to a person (the chatbot can be a bit stubborn )
We are just customers like you so can't really do anything to assist further apart from offer a good contact link

Re: Rental
Hi @MattyMoo86 The normal condition for rentals, is you have 7 days to start watching it and only 48 hours once you start playing it. The playing 48 hours starts the moment you press play.

Re: Rental
Hi @MattyMoo86 If you didn't press play, then you wouldn't have been charged.

Re: Rental
I must've pressed play. But I feel 48 hours is a bit tight.
Least I know for next time.
