Rental problem

Hi 

I have rented a film in UHD instead of HD so can't watch it 

can this be switched over

There is an easy fix for you @Vickysykes85 and the good news it will not cost you a penny as you will not be charged for the UHD one so delete it, then delete it again from the deleted section. Now you can go and rent the HD version.
