Rental not playing

I rented Sing 2 on Sunday and should play until 7th March. I won't play!!!

What is happening when you try to play it as you haven't said ?

Hi @Lynn+key 

 

I wonder if on Sunday you pressed play at all to see if it was working 

 

Although you have 7 days to start watching - once you press play you only have 48 hours to finish watching 

 

Might that be what happened ?

 

If so and you never had the chance to view (or didn't realise what the rules were) then you could try a livechat with the Skystore team to explain and ask for some goodwill

 Thank you. I think you may be right about the timing. I thought we would have the chance to view for 7 days. Expensive mistake!
