Missing rented film

Hi, I rented the new sing 2 film on Monday for my little boy. We watched it Monday with no issues and the message said it was rented until the 7th March. He tried to watch it again yesterday and it said there was technical issues. I've tried to put it on again for him tonight and it's gone, just wants me to rent it again for £15.99 but it should still be available for another 4 days?

Hi @Kyleigh 

 

Although you have 7 days in which to START viewing, once you press play on a rental - there is a 48 hour window in which you have to finish viewing 

 

So it's not a 7 day rental viewing window. It's a 48 hour rental viewing window (which starts when you press play for the first time )

This does catch a lot of people out @Kyleigh as you do have 7 days to srt watch it but from the very minute you do then you have 48 hours to watch the film as many times as you want or as you have found you will have to pay again to rent it.
