Rent a film in wrong format and won't let me play it anything I can do

@Liam223  What format should you have rented, and what format did you rent?

Hi @Liam223 

 

Just adding  to the good advice from @GD1 

 

after you have deleted the rental, and then gone to recordings / manage / deleted and "delete forever" - 

 

When you then re rent the HD version - you won't have been charged for the UHD version as you haven't started to play it.
