Refund request
Yesterday I purchased Downton Abbey The Finale, instead of The Grand Finake, by mistake. Could this fee please be reimbursed? Apogies for the genuine error.

On here you are only chatting with other customers. Not to Sky
the best way to resolve this is directly with the Skystore support team, but they aren't open till 11am Monday. Here is their link. Hope they are helpful
