Had a SkyVIP voucher for a free movie. Tried to redeem but it told me to do so at
confirmation page. Had to enter card detials to continue then its just charged me and no option to redeem voucher, no confirmation page at all. Trying to this refunded, and as with most companies these days getting in touch is virtually impossible so been directed here?
Although parts of the Sky website will try to direct you here - as we are customers like you - we can't help with a refund - but livechat with Skystore opens at 11am tomorrow and that's where I'd suggest you try. Here is a link
I've not used my voucher yet @JaseOwl but did you notice in the small print that we (seem to) have to choose from the VIP gift selection (rather than the entire website)
"Code can be used to purchase a single HD Digital version of any movie up to the value of £13.99/€16.99 from the VIP Gift collection"

@mike+simmonds I didn't read the small print in truth. I followed the link directly from the email which took me to the list. If that's not the list to choose from then it's a little misleading. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.
