Reach my limit message

I've have just tried to watch a purchase movie on my sky store on my sky glass and I keep getting the message of you have reached your limit. It is not letting my manage my devices and we have tried everything the web have recommended but still getting the message I have even taken the store app off another device but still not working. Sky is now closed and I really need help with what I can do to get it back on my main to. Thank you

If you log on to your Skystore account here - within "my account" you should be able to view and replace one of your registered devices (one change each month)
