Although we are Sky customers here we will try to help if you can answer these questions:

 

What are you using to try and make your purchase, Sky Glass, Sky Q, Sky+ or the online Sky Store website ?

What is happening, do you see an error message and if so what does it say ?

Hi @Sarahasp77 

 

As you haven't given us much to go on, I'm guessing that when you try to purchase you are getting an error message. 

Typically this happens when your Skystore account has not been activated for purchases or a credit limit agreed with you. 


if it is this - the easiest way to resolve it is a livechat with the Skystore team who open at 11am. This is a good link.
