Purchasing movies

I am struggling to purchase a movie

every time I try I do step 1 and 2 and 3 and nothing happens.

when I log into my account just the home page comes up

Could you say which Sky platform you are using (Sky Q, Skystore online etc) 

 

Also, say a bit more about what you mean when you say step 1, 2 and 3 

 

and are you buying or renting

The unique code number on the image meant it was rejected. Feel free to fully block that bit out and resubmit.
