Purchased movie permanently queued

We paid for the Barbie movie a few weeks back but are not able to watch it anymore. When you re-download it, it stays permanently queued.

At the time you are trying to download it do you have anything else downloading to your box, if not have you tried rebooting your box at the mains to see if it will then download.

 

If it still doesn't work then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
