Not being able to make a purpase in Sky

Everytime I try to make a purchase, it says purchase is not available. Or Purchase cannot be found. I'm literally willing to buy everything through PayPal, and their stopping me. When I tap the shop icon, all it say is "Restore". Please help me.

It might be that your account has not been set up for Sky Store purchases. So I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
